12-21-18 The early winter fishing season is off to a great start!

Fishing has been great the last few weeks aboard the Capt Easy and the Easy Does it. We’re catching a mix of Sailfish, tuna, kingfish, wahoo and even some dolphin live bait fishing and kite fishing just beyond the edge of the reef. The sailfishing has been particularly good with a very high success rate on the sails along with a mixed bag of all the other stuff on most of our fishing charters. Bottom fishing and reef fishing have also been excellent and we’ve been doing especially good on the shallow patch reefs with large mutton snapper as well as yellowtail, mangrove snapper, and grouper too. I’ll be focusing most of my attention to the Captain Easy the next few months but am looking forward to Tarpon season this spring. I will be doing all of my tarpon trips and Family shark and tarpon trips aboard the conch 27 this year and we will start these trips in March. Last year the fishing was great all season, but especially good in April, May, and June on these trips. Give me a call and we’ll get you set up for a trip this season! Here are a few recent pictures.
