Islamorada Fishing Report 3-22-18 Great Fishing all around!

Hi Everybody, we’ve been experiencing some great fishing down here in the Florida Keys the past few weeks. I’ve been running trips on both the Captain Easy and the Easy does it. So far I’ve done mostly inshore Tarpon and Shark charters on the Conch 27 and we’ve had some great trips. The shark bite has been good to excellent on pretty much all our trips and the tarpon bite has been very good so far for this early in the season with multiple shots at tarpon on most of the charters. Aboard The Captain Easy offshore and reef fishing we’ve seen a mixed bag of sailfish, kingfish, mutton snapper, dolphin, blackfin tuna, and amberjacks live bait fishing and some really nice yellowtail snapper reef fishing. In addition to this we’ve gotten offshore for a few swordfish trips and have had a great catch rate with some nice swords and a few big dolphin out there as well. We will be seeing more and more Tarpon on the inshore charters as the season progresses over the next month or 2 with May and June being the peak of the season. We’ve still got plenty of availability over the next few months so come on down and get in on the action!
